About Your Imaging Bill
If your Services were performed at any Midwest Radiology Outpatient Imaging or Suburban Imaging location, billing for your imaging test will come on ONE invoice.
1. Imaging Services
One invoice from the Hospital or Clinic that performed the imaging procedure(s). You will make your payment to that entity.
2. Radiology Services
One invoice from Midwest Radiology for the medical interpretation of your images. You will make your payment to Midwest Radiology.
If your Services were performed at any Midwest Radiology Outpatient Imaging, Suburban Imaging, or if your services were performed at any Midwest Radiology Outpatient Imaging or Suburban Imaging location, billing for your imaging test will come on ONE invoice.

One invoice for both the imaging procedure(s) and for the medical interpretation of your images.

How to Pay Your Bill
There are 3 ways to pay your bill:
1. Text Message
We’ll send you a text message invoice on your mobile phone, and a paper copy by mail. The text invoice will contain links to pay using our secure online portal, and a customer service phone number to pay with a credit/debit card. Reply STOP to discontinue text notices at any time.
2. Pay-By-Phone
Contact us through our 24/7 automated phone payment system. Have your account number and date of birth ready when you call or press “0” if you don’t have your account information to speak directly to a customer service agent.

3. Online Bill Pay
Visit our online payment portal to see your billing history, make a payment, or update insurance and other important contact information. Have your account number and date of birth ready when you sign in.
